Warren R. Radtke
Warren Radtke is an internationally recognized Executive Coach and Career Management Consultant. He has assisted individuals manage the senior executive assignment cycle for more than twenty-five years. As an entrepreneur he was a founding principal of Right Management Consultants an International Human Resources Consulting Firm with offices throughout the world. He became EVP and a member of the Executive Management team when the firm became publicly owned overseeing revenue development and operations for the eastern one third of the United States. When Warren left the company after fifteen years the firm had revenues exceeding $600 million.
Warren’s coaching practice is focused on CEOs and those who report to them especially those who interface with the Board of Directors. Working with individual managers he is especially skilled at helping them become more effective in the management of colleagues and subordinates. He has also accepted assignments from Boards to assess Board effectiveness especially around governance and board member performance issues.
Warren designed and implemented the Key Executive Service at Right Management. This practice area assisted scores of C Suite Executives to make career transitions.
Prior to establishing himself as a consultant and confidential advisor, Warren led and managed a number of church congregations as parish clergy for seventeen years after beginning his career in financial services with General Electric.
He is a frequent international traveler advising NGOs in Latin America and the Middle East and has traveled extensively in Asia. He is a graduate of the Kellogg School at Northwestern University, a member of Beta Alpha Psi (National Accounting Honorary), and a graduate of the Episcopal Divinity School, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Warren Radtke is a Trustee (Past President) of the Huntington Theatre in Boston, a Trustee of the Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, and is a member of the Harvard Club of Boston.
